Digital & CRM Intern – July 2024

At Parfums Christian Dior we are looking for a full-time Digital & CRM Intern available from July 2024 for a period of at least 6 months. Please note: unfortunately we do not offer the opportunity for graduation internships.

As a Digital & CRM Intern you support the E-Business Manager & CRM Manager of Parfums Christian Dior. During this internship you will be actively involved in the online & direct marketing activities that are part of the trade plan, an annual overview of all campaigns that take place at various retailers, including Douglas, ICI PARIS XL and De Bijenkorf. The aim of these campaigns is to build structural cooperation with our trade partners and achieve optimal visibility for Dior within (e-)retailers.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to take a look at the marketing department of Parfums Christian Dior. You will be part of the digital team and get to know the day-to-day business at Parfums Christian Dior.

Activities

The work will consist of preparing and implementing the CRM & online activation plan. This includes: setting up an online planning in the run-up to all campaigns (such as a new launch or important commercial period, i.e. Christmas), producing campaign and promotional materials with programs such as Photoshop and InDesign in collaboration with the graphic agency and monitoring all visibility of these campaigns. The materials you will produce and supply include: banners, social media posts, (e)mailings, content pages, sample cards and more. You will then, together with the E-Business Manager & CRM Manager, ensure the complete and correct implementation of our campaigns at the various (e-)retailers. In addition, you will also be responsible for keeping track of the trends that occur online and tracking the visibility of the competition through a weekly presentation to the online team. Finally, copywriting will also be of great importance during your internship for translating marketing texts and product descriptions.

• WO/HBO education, preferably in Business Administration, (Digital) Marketing, Communication or (Commercial) Economics.
• Accurate working method (retail = detail)

• High degree of independence
• Affinity with cosmetics
• Very strong written communication skills
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, command of the French language is an advantage
• Good command of computer skills including Excel and PowerPoint, Adobe
• Photoshop and InDesign are an advantage
• Dutch language is a requirement

 

Information for candidates

We offer a fun and educational internship within a very creative and friendly team. You will quickly take on your own responsibilities, leaving plenty of room to learn new skills. We also offer an internship allowance of a maximum of EUR 500 per month for a full-time internship of 5 days per week. Finally, you receive 27 vacation days per year with an internship of 5 days per week.
