Job Description

• You are part of the Strategy & Insights team in marketing and your role is responsible for the communication and alignment of the value platforms for McDonald’s Austria, for example Nice Price Menu. This includes the independent management of 360° marketing projects, taking into account the entire marketing mix and the strategic direction of the brand.
• You lead communication and coordination with our creative & media agencies in the conception, planning and implementation of advertising campaigns and advertising materials (ATL & BTL) for value campaigns.
• You create analyzes and evaluations, regular reports and KPI tracking (business & campaign analyses) including deriving recommendations for action for the entire value area.
• You support the strategic orientation and definition of the business driver value with a holistic view of the overall context of McDonald’s Austria in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Your tasks also include preparing presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Completed studies with a focus on marketing and/or communication
• 1-2 years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Analytical skills to conduct in-depth business and campaign analysis and summaries
• Strong communication skills and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• You have project management skills, are a team player and can handle several projects at the same time without losing sight of the big picture
• Motivated, independent and self-confident personality with enthusiasm for the McDonald’s brand
• Business fluent German & English
