We’re looking for a super creative, digitally focused Content Writer to join our ever-expanding team. Driven, proactive, and collaborative, you’ll be an experienced Content Writer with an innate sense of organisation. You will have experience working within marketing teams across a wide range of applications from web, social, design, and internal content.

Your responsibilities

Content creation

  • Develop high-quality, unique, and relevant content for websites, blogs, medical guides, social media, and other digital platforms.
  • Experience in UX writing, sales guides, presentations and press releases is preferred but not essential.
  • Research industry-related topics to generate ideas and create content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall marketing strategies.

Writing and editing

  • Craft clear and concise copy that adheres to brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and grammatical correctness.

SEO optimisation

  • Implement SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and improve search engine rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and trending topics.

Target audience understanding

  • Analyse and understand the target audience to tailor content that meets their needs and preferences.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into content creation.

Analytics and reporting

  • Monitor and analyse the performance of content using analytics tools.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for optimising content based on performance metrics.

 

Collaboration

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, clinical, and product teams, to ensure content aligns with overall brand strategy.
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve content quality.

 

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
  • Experience with UX writing is preferred but not essential
  • Proven experience as a Content Writer or in a similar role
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Creativity and a keen eye for detail
  • Previous experience or an interest in healthcare or neurodiversity is preferred but not essential.

The way we work is:

Remote: ProblemShared is a remote business, and we have no central office. As a result, the team all work from home (or other suitable locations) so you will need to be comfortable with this as a working environment and have reliable internet connection. We do get together for off-sites and meetings, so an ability to travel is needed.
