Job Summary: Harbour Lifestyle seeks a creatively driven, skilled videographer with expertise in content creation to join our dynamic team. This role demands a passion for storytelling and a talent for transforming concepts into captivating visual narratives that reflect the essence of our luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute content strategy aligning with our brand’s vision and marketing goals.
• Lead the end-to-end process of video content creation, including storyboarding, filming, editing, and post-production.
• Create engaging, high-quality videos for our website, social media platforms, and other marketing channels to highlight product features and the Harbour Lifestyle brand.
• Coordinate with the senior management team (SMT) to ensure that content meets our high standards and strategic objectives.
• Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, from conception to delivery, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Drive the creative direction for content and storytelling, incorporating innovative approaches to content generation.
• Remain current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in video production and content creation. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create cohesive campaigns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in professional videography, video editing, and content creation.
• Strong portfolio showcasing storytelling abilities and high production values.
• Proficiency with contemporary video editing software and equipment.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh ideas and translate them into compelling visual stories.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to receive and integrate feedback.
• Willingness to travel as required for shoots and projects.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive to various locations.
• Must be available to work on-site at our Dullingham office.
• A degree in film, media production, or a related field is desirable but not essential with relevant experience.
