About the role

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to take our digital presence to the next level, and continue the work of strengthening and building our community. You will have the overall responsibility for all our social media platforms, from strategy to execution.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing social media strategies aligned with our brand objectives
• Curating engaging content (text, image, video) for TikTok and Instagram
• Managing day-to-day activities on social channels, including content scheduling and community engagement
• Analyzing performance metrics and refining strategies based on insights
• Collaborating cross-functionally to align social media efforts with overall company goals

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management or being a creator yourself
• Strong understanding of Instagram/TikTok and their best practices
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas
• Experience from working in a startup (or making a living off your own social channels)
